YEAR BUILT:  1927

RENOVATION:   We converted 600 Sq. foot of dingy basement area into a lofted and light filled garden room. On the main level we renovated 1600 sq. ft of living space with a mixture of modern components and classical Art Deco elements of the time period the building was built in.

MATERIALS:         Heated slab floor, Benjamin Moore Crumb cake and simply white paint pairing, cleaned up original board formed concrete walls , walnut flooring, Art deco trim, Oak flooring, shaker style cabinets.
